How Trainual's plans are laid out

Trainual's pricing page presents a Training suite in four tiers. Core covers group assignments, due dates, testing, tracking and reporting, AI knowledge search, screen recording, and 30 day version history. Pro adds individual paths, 90 day history and 300 e-signatures a year. Premium adds SSO with unlimited history and signatures. Enterprise adds API access and custom integrations.

The page presents an Operations suite separately and marks Performance as coming soon. Confirm the suites included in your quote instead of assuming that every advertised capability comes with a Training plan.

Whale documents Step Recorder capture, Alice structuring the captured steps, a named owner, approval status, and version history. That is an upkeep model: someone is accountable per procedure and changes stay traceable.

Ask Trainual to show the same thing in the exact tier you would buy, since its version history windows are tied to tiers. Ask Whale what retention and approval look like in the package you are quoted.
