Visibility is a setting, not a category

Hubstaff's interactive timer can capture screenshots, apps, URLs and activity when enabled and tracking, and a company-managed silent app also exists. Buddy Punch centers on punching in and out.

Do not read that as monitoring versus no monitoring. Buddy Punch has its own location features, and GPS captured at a punch is a different thing from a live GPS add-on. Ask each vendor for its defaults.

Approvals and the correction loop

Buddy Punch documents approval, rejection and reset actions. Its help page says employees can view the rejection note; an enabled status-change email can also notify them.
