## Six preparation conversations

- [ ] Hiring owner and provider: compensation, leave, benefits and agreement review process agreed.
- [ ] Employee and provider: secure invitation issued; required onboarding documents and review owner confirmed.
- [ ] People team and provider: payroll contact, escalation owner and first-week welcome contact named.

For each step, record: owner | decision | outstanding question | due date | written confirmation location.

## Questions to put in the proposal

- Monthly fee or annual seat? Upfront payment, refund, seat reuse and renewal terms?
- Deposit amount, top-ups, return conditions and timing?
- Payroll funding dates, currencies, conversion method and fees?
- Employee and employer support channels, hours, urgent escalation and written commitments?
- Benefits premiums and eligibility, start date, enrollment and change process?
- Country-specific offboarding/transfer process, final pay and benefits continuity?
